Payments are handled by Stripe on their secure checkout page — MailSplat never sees your card details. Subscriptions renew annually and can be cancelled at any time.
VAT. Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at 20% — the figure shown is the figure charged. Buying for a business? The receipt and invoice Stripe sends after each payment itemise the VAT separately.
Refunds. Pro starts as soon as you pay. A payment is non-refundable once Pro has been used — once you have run a clean-up after paying. If you have not, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days, from your plan page.
